How this works
We translate one birth moment into the mechanics of your design
Birth date, time, and place let the system calculate your type, authority, profile, centers, gates, and channels from one shared source. That prevents later readings from drifting away from your actual chart.
If you know your exact birth time, use it. Gate positions and chart mechanics can shift within a couple of hours.
Location matters because timezone history and coordinates are part of the calculation, not just display.
Learn what changes when the input is more precise
Birth time affects more than the clock label. It can change gates, houses, and the way the later profile synthesis is framed. Exact is best, but a thoughtful estimate still gives you a workable starting point.
Once the chart exists, every later tab can explain your results in context instead of making you re-enter the same story from scratch.
Exact time is ideal because your chart mechanics can shift within roughly two hours.
Use the nearest city you trust. The lookup fills coordinates and timezone so later astrology and transit layers stay anchored.
Timezone is part of the calculation, not decoration. The lookup usually sets the right historical timezone for you.
