Practitioner Manual

Run the practitioner workflow in the right order

Prime Self works best when the practitioner workspace is treated as an operational flow, not a collection of disconnected features. Set up your public profile first, bring in a client second, then move into chart, profile, notes, and session brief work only when each prerequisite is ready.

Set Up Your Practice

  1. Open the practitioner workspace.
  2. Complete your public profile with display name, bio, booking URL, and session format.
  3. Leave the profile hidden until the profile is clear enough to support real bookings.
  4. Review the Activation Plan and complete the milestones in order.
What success looks like: your profile basics are complete, the workspace shows a clear next step, and the Activation Plan stops treating profile setup as incomplete.

Move A Client Into The Workspace

  1. Invite a client from the practitioner roster.
  2. Confirm the client completes birth data.
  3. Wait for chart generation before expecting deeper workflow tools.
  4. Wait for profile generation before attempting session prep briefs.
Operational rule: chart first, profile second, session prep third. If you skip the order, the workspace feels broken even when the system is behaving correctly.

Prepare And Deliver A Session

  1. Open a client only when both chart and profile are ready.
  2. Write session notes early so the working record stays useful over time.
  3. Generate a session brief when you need a focused pre-session summary.
  4. Use export and follow-up actions after the note and profile record are accurate.
Best practice: treat session notes as the living source of context, not as an afterthought once the session is over.

Where Key Tools Live

  • Activation Plan: practitioner dashboard overview and setup milestones.
  • Directory Profile: inside the practitioner workspace profile controls.
  • Client invitations and roster: practitioner client tools.
  • Session notes and readings: client detail and practitioner notes flow.
  • Session brief generation: available once a client has both chart and profile.
Lowest-friction habit: if you are unsure where to click next, open the practitioner workspace before searching elsewhere in the product.

Troubleshoot Common Blockers

  • No chart visible for a client: birth data is incomplete or chart generation has not happened yet.
  • No session brief available: the chart exists, but the profile synthesis is still missing.
  • Directory listing not visible: the profile is hidden or missing public-facing basics such as bio or booking path.
  • Workspace feels incomplete after upgrade: reopen the practitioner workspace and re-check the Activation Plan milestones.
