Can I use Prime Self for free?
Yes. Chart calculations are always free with no account required. You get 1 Synthesis reading per month and daily transit briefs on the Free plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are processed securely — we never store your card details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All subscriptions are month-to-month (or annual) with no long-term commitment. Cancel from your account settings and keep access through the end of your billing period.
Do I need a subscription to access premium features?
No. Several features are available as one-time purchases with no recurring cost: composite chart readings ($29), a 30-day transit pass ($12), and lifetime personal access ($1,299). These are available inside the app under More → Add-Ons after you create a free account.
What's the difference between personal use and Practitioner?
Personal use is free — chart calculations, your Synthesis reading, and transit briefs — with deeper personal features available as one-time add-ons (including lifetime access at $1,299). Practitioner ($59/month) adds client management, branded reports, session prep Synthesis, and a public directory listing for your practice.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your chart stays on our servers. Generating your Synthesis reading and sending SMS transit alerts requires trusted processors (Anthropic for Synthesis, Telnyx for SMS) who see only the data needed to complete that task. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. Privacy Policy →
