These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Prime Self, operated at selfprime.net. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Prime Self is a personal insight platform that uses astronomical calculations and AI-powered synthesis to generate energy blueprint profiles based on birth data. The service includes chart generation, profile synthesis, daily transit insights, relationship compatibility analysis, and related features.

2. Disclaimers

• Not Medical Advice: Prime Self does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice. Content is for informational and entertainment purposes only.
• Not Professional Guidance: Insights generated by Prime Self should not replace professional legal, financial, medical, or career advice.
• AI-Generated Content: Profile syntheses are generated by AI language models. While grounded in calculation data, synthesis content may contain inaccuracies or generalizations. Exercise personal judgment.
• Calculation Accuracy: Chart calculations use established astronomical algorithms. Results may differ from other systems due to algorithmic choices (tropical vs sidereal, house system variations).

3. Account Terms

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You must provide a valid email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or allow automated access beyond normal use.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Prime Self offers free and paid subscription tiers.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are displayed before purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
• Refunds: Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of initial purchase for first-time subscribers. Contact [email protected].
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract calculation algorithms.
• Use automated tools to access the API beyond your tier limits.
• Resell or redistribute generated content as your own product without an Agency subscription.
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise service security.
• Impersonate other users or create accounts for fraudulent purposes.

5A. Framework Attribution

The Frequency Keys profile is a Prime Self original system that maps I Ching gate energetics to six personal development dimensions using a three-tier consciousness model (Noise, Signal, Frequency). The I Ching hexagram numbering system used in Energy Blueprint analysis is in the public domain. Prime Self is not affiliated with and is not endorsed by Gene Keys Publishing Ltd, the International Human Design School, Jovian Archive, or any other organization.

6. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: The Prime Self application, algorithms, design, and original content are owned by Prime Self. All rights reserved.
• Your Data: You retain ownership of your personal data (birth data, diary entries, check-ins). By using the service, you grant us a license to process this data for service delivery.
• Generated Profiles: Profile syntheses generated for your account are licensed to you for personal use. Agency subscribers receive commercial usage rights as specified per their tier.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Prime Self is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Active subscriptions will be cancelled upon deletion.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
