You need line-by-line canonical commentary
SELF:PRIME does publish a public reference library — a glossary plus a page for every one of the 64 gates, 36 channels, 9 centers, and each authority. What it does not do is go line by line: the 384 line delineations and the original hexagram commentaries are not here, and we do not reproduce anyone else's. If deep written source material is your primary use-case, Jovian Archive's library is the deeper shelf.
