Overview
Self Authority belongs exclusively to Projectors with a defined G Center connected to the Throat, and no defined Sacral, Solar Plexus, or Spleen. For these people, the sense of identity and direction IS the authority — and it is accessed through speaking.
Inner Authority is the body's decision-making intelligence — distinct from the mind. In Human Design (called the Energy Blueprint on Prime Self), the mind is never the authority. It is a passenger, not the driver. Authority determines HOW you make correct decisions — not what decision to make.
How It Works
When you talk about something you are considering — a decision, a direction, an invitation — notice how it feels to talk about it. Does speaking about it feel aligned with who you are? Does it feel like you, or does it feel like a role you are performing? The G Center knows your direction; talking surfaces that knowing.
How to Practice
Talk through big decisions with a trusted friend who will not give advice — just listen. You are not seeking their opinion; you are hearing yourself. The clarity comes from the act of speaking, not from what the other person says back.
